  • Not at all. Many clients start as complete beginners. Sessions are tailored to your current level, and we build your strength, confidence and fitness safely and progressively.

  • Most clients train 1–2 times per week depending on their goals, schedule and budget. We’ll help you choose a structure that keeps you progressing without overwhelming your routine.

  • Training is delivered in North Leeds at a fully equipped private facility with everything needed for strength, conditioning and mobility work. Online and hybrid options are also available if you prefer a flexible approach.

  • Absolutely. We combine structured strength training with smart nutrition strategies and accountability to help you lose weight safely and sustainably.
